Versaterm is an active Emergency Services Working Group (ESWG) member and has worked with the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) to define and implement the NENA i3 standards for NG9-1-1 infrastructures in Canada.

Solution Overview

Komutel Komand911 is designed to connect ESInet and 911 centers to stay up to date with the transition requirements of E911 to NG911.

Komutel Komand911 is hardware agnostic and can integrate with the Versaterm ecosystem — Versaterm CAD and Versaterm Komlog. It can also partner with third-party solutions that offer other CAD, unanswered call management systems, SBC and PBX systems.

Komutel Komand911 can be implemented as an online or locally-hosted system (Versaterm SIT), to support your workflows and infrastructure requirements.

911-specific modules include call management, incident information, mapping, real-time text, phone release (hang-up) reasons, transfer history and status management.

Browser-based interface allows call handlers to work from anywhere and still efficiently handle calls from the command center or a remote location.

Customizable with agency branding, the resource library allows unlimited speed dial numbers, documents and URL buttons.

The console is designed to natively display both French and English for deployment in Canada.
