The Versaterm Mobile Data Terminal (MDT) extends Versaterm CAD capabilities to agency vehicles. The intuitive interface provides users with a comprehensive array of tools for managing incident responses, communicating with the dispatch center and other units, performing call-related activities and querying information databases.
Versaterm MDT supports user safety and efficiency with meaningful real-time and historical data for calls and locations. Mapping (GIS and EagleView) and querying capabilities provide users with situational awareness before responders engage in an event.
Versaterm Mobile
Versaterm Mobile delivers vital information in real-time via smartphones and tablets so responders are connected anytime, anywhere. As an extension of Versaterm CAD, it delivers vital information in real time so that officers are prepared before arriving on scene. Responders stay continuously connected to dispatch and other responders with integrated maps showing points of interest, call location and responders’ locations.
This solution offers a multi-directional connection to dispatch. Responders can voice dictate notes for later use in building report narratives, and query information is automatically collected for report writing. Camera scanning can be used to read licenses, registrations and more, allowing officers and other responders to perform their job more efficiently and accurately.
