Public Safety Software Company Collaborates with Fire and EMS Records Management System
Baltimore MD: Public safety software company Adashi Systems LLC recently announced a collaborative project with ImageTrend, a leading fire and EMS reporting and records management system.
The collaboration creates a seamless integration between ImageTrend’s record management system (RMS) – ImageTrend Elite™ – and Adashi’s staff scheduling and overtime management software – Adashi RollCall. Adashi RollCall is a cloud-based rostering and workforce management system specifically designed for first responders.
With the integration, departments can effortlessly update ImageTrend’s incidents with live staffing data from Adashi RollCall. Updates and changes in Adashi RollCall are automatically transferred to ImageTrend’s system via a web API. This integration provides many benefits to public safety agencies, including:
- Improved data accuracy since information is automatically recorded and transferred to the appropriate system.
- Streamlined backend processes saving administrators time and energy.
- Decreased redundancy in paperwork and data entry.
- Increased accountability with built-in attendance tracking.
