2026 Athena by Versaterm Training Symposium
The 2026 Athena by Versaterm Training Symposium is a one-day, in-person training experience designed for public safety professionals who want to deepen their understanding and strengthen how their teams work every day.
This symposium brings Athena by Versaterm users together for focused learning, shared context and practical application. Sessions will help attendees move beyond knowing where things live in the system to understanding how workflows connect, how reporting behaves and what supports confident, consistent operations across roles.

RMS workflows, including incident and arrest reporting
CAD and MDC mapping and how mapping supports situational awareness
Reporting outputs, parameters and how to interpret results with confidence
User roles, system access and administrative considerations
Reporting and compliance considerations, including upcoming NIBRS updates
End-to-end workflows across roles and how data moves from call to report to outcome

The day will include:
- A Versaterm opening presentation to set context and direction
- Plenary sessions focused on today and what is ahead
- Role-based breakout sessions and guided classroom training
