1. JusticeTrax provides our APIs “as is” and we do not warrant or guarantee their appropriateness for any given use.

2. Support around the use of APIs in developing solutions, such as debugging code, is not covered under our customers’ Standard Maintenance Agreement. JusticeTrax may provide support that would be subject to additional agreements and fees that would need to be contracted in advance.

3. Questions regarding the availability and function of resources and methods will be answered by sending the questions to the email address: apisupport@justicetrax.zendesk.com. These questions will be answered as time permits, and cannot be treated as urgent priority.

4. JusticeTrax does not (and will not) host any instance of the API service used in a live integration.

5. When developing a solution using the JusticeTrax APIs, thorough testing should be done within a development\test environment prior to putting the integration into production.

6. The user(s) of our APIs takes full responsibility for the integrity of their data and systems. JusticeTrax does not assume liability for any breaches of security or unforeseen changes to data.

7. APIs are subject to change over time. You will need to register to receive notice of changes. JusticeTrax is not responsible for any impact that these changes may have on solutions that have been developed using our APIs.
