Versaterm Awarded GSA Contract 47QTCA-19-D-00JQ
Versaterm was awarded its first U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) contract, GS-35F-0023M, in October 2001. In the years since this initial award, Versaterm has successfully extended the contract three times, each for a five-year period. By GSA rules, no contract can have a period of performance of greater than 20 years. Therefore, contract GS-35F-0023M will sunset on October 11, 2021.
To prevent a break in contract coverage for our customers who access Versaterm goods and services through our GSA Contract, we applied for and have been awarded a new GSA contract, 47QTCA-19-D-00JQ, which has an initial period of performance of 9/9/2019 through 9/8/2024. It is Versaterm’s intent to seek and earn extensions to this contract for the benefit of our customers. By GSA rules, all new contracting activity must utilize contract 47QTCA-19-D-00JQ and JusticeTrax is prohibited from using the prior contract to compete for new business.
