ABOUT VERSATERM
Versaterm was founded in 1977 by the principals who were fundamental in building the CPIC system – the Canadian equivalent to NCIC and NLETS. From the beginning, the focus was to create advanced information and management systems for public safety agencies and Versaterm has been deploying Police/Fire/EMS systems for integrated dispatch and records management ever since.
Our people understand that technology is an enabler and not a solution unto itself. As a result, we craft technology that creates real and measurable efficiencies and results by providing advanced integration. We protect our customers and therefore will never rely on a single supplier of hardware or software/database. The Versaterm products are built on “open” concepts and principles, while our system architecture is flexible, enabling agile development and quick deployments.
Versaterm has been very successful in deploying our solutions across North America. We have built upon our experience and have become experts in delivering success. A pioneer in mobile field reporting (1993), we have perfected off-line report entry with our advanced design supporting single entry and reusable data – the “get it once, get it at the source and get it right” principle. We believe the efficiencies come from tight integration but it's manageable integration that achieves long-term success. The Versadex system is built upon this unique view.
Versaterm is a privately held corporation based in Ottawa - Canada's high tech capital - with US offices located in Scottsdale, AZ. The company continually experiences an impressive growth rate while always retaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Our strong references speak to our customer care approach and delivery. We don't just talk about support – we do it.
