THE ROLE

The Sales Operations Analyst would own weekly, monthly & quarterly executive reporting and help evaluate, clean, and convert complex sales data into presentations, graphs, and reports. The SOA would be expected to build-upon existing report templates/requirements, and create their own, while continually strategizing and executing ways in which we can improve our report output.
The Sales Operations Analyst may also be required to assist with Sales Compensation Calculations and assist with monitoring pipeline health for all Business Units. 

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

You are an analytical, well-organized, self-directed team player with excellent attention to detail. You utilize your reporting skills to own executive reporting, sales data presentations, and graphs. The Sales Operations Analyst enjoys working in a rapid scaling environment and will embrace the challenge of developing new strategies and processes to expand and improve the company’s report output. 

THE ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field, or equivalent sales operations experience

  • Experienced Salesforce.com User with the ability to create/maintain Key Reports and Dashboards

  • 2-5 Years’ Experience with Executive Reporting and Analytics and/or Quarterly Board Reporting

  • Ability to communicate professionally with the senior leadership team and have a good understanding of key reporting requirements for Sales.

  • An understanding of sales operations/principles and metrics is desired

  • High- Proficient in Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint

  • Hi-tech or software business/company experience desired
