POSITION OVERVIEW
The Salesforce Administrator Supports Versaterm’s existing Sales Operations Team to ensure that processes and systems needed for sales reps and account managers to sell and service customers effectively, are in place and working smoothly.
The Salesforce administrator will assist with onboarding business units acquired through acquisitions to our Salesforce Instance and will take direction from the Sales Operations Lead.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Serve as system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment (joining an existing team of 2 admins).

Assist with administrative functions including day-to-day configuration, maintenance of user accounts, reports and dashboards, workflows, and provide user support.

Complete regular internal system audits and prepares for upgrades. Maintain Salesforce.com data feeds and other integrations.

Coordinate evaluation, scoping, and execution of new development/change requests to the CRM.

Work with management to establish processes to support growth and assist with change management initiatives.

Assist in training of new users and grow the adoption of CRM usage across the sales organization.

Help Export, Clean, and Upload Data from other business units into our Salesforce Instance.

Support the Discovery and Execution of customization requests from new business units

Assist with integration projects for Finance, Professional Services, and support Tools into Salesforce.
QUALIFICATIONS

Salesforce.com Certified Administrator (ADM201) and/or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (ADM211) preferred (or equivalent work experience).

Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Developer experience

1-3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator desired.

Proficient in Excel, comfortable cleaning and uploading data into CRM tool

Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration.

Ability to create and maintain Salesforce databases, and knowledge of importing sales data and generating Salesforce reports.

Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes. Ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption (desired).

Ability to understand and articulate complex requirements, critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and decompose high-level information into details.

Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve independently as well as a team
