Customer Service Advisor, Case Service, Remote (NA)
Competition: CSRRM-0324-22
THE COMPANY
For over forty years, Versaterm Public Safety has provided integrated software solutions for First Responders in Canada and the United States. Our computer-aided dispatch and records management systems support Police, Fire, and EMS clients throughout North America and the Caribbean.
In response to unprecedented growth, we are looking for progressive and passionate people to help us innovate, create, and evolve to continue to provide exceptional client service by resolving real-time problems and developing solutions for tomorrow’s needs.
THE ROLE
The Customer Service Advisor (CSA) is a tech-savvy law enforcement professional serving as a subject matter expert. They will be responsible for deploying and supporting our Case Service product that automates specific citizen engagements between law enforcement agencies and the public. The CSA will need to consistently employ strong interpersonal communication skills and work well with various law enforcement professionals. The CSA must have a solid understanding of police operations, the associated processes, and the points of community engagement that are common to most agencies.
In this role, the CSA must become very proficient with Case Service, inclusive of its features, configurations, infrastructure, and troubleshooting processes. It does not require a CSA to be a software developer. Still, they will need to create and manipulate elements of the system through configuration screens and our conversation authoring platform. The CSA will be required to use critical thinking and decision-making skills to organize and execute onboarding tasks that help agencies realize and maintain the value this computer automation brings to their operations. A CSA will apply their policing and technical expertise to pre-sales support, agency onboarding, technical support, and quality assurance work.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
The ideal candidates will enjoy working with people and technology. They are often looking for ways to complete work more quickly and efficiently. They are willing to apply themselves to tasks that are both pre-planned and un-scheduled.
