These services are comprised of four broad categories that are outlined below:
Project management and base product implementation services that are provided when a customer initially buys a Versadex product or adds one to a previously acquired Versadex product.
Optional project implementation services such as custom interfaces, legacy data conversion assistance, extended direct training, custom reports development, etc.
Access to annual product upgrade releases designed to keep the existing products 'evergreen', on-site migration assistance and upgrade training is also offered.
Customer support consisting of an assigned account manager, support contact and 7x24 'hot line' access by phone or e-mail, committed to assuring continued 99.9 per cent scheduled availability.
