Versaterm's new Customer Service Area replaces the Private Users Area of our website.
Although the look and feel of the Customer Service Area is quite a bit different than the Private Users Area, most of the content is the same. For example, just like the Private Users Area, the Customer Service Area contains product documentation, release notes, a temporary file transfer area, discussion forums, newsletters, etc.
When logging on to the site, enter your email address as your user name. You will also need to use the password that was originally assigned to you by Versaterm. If you have any difficulty accessing the site, or if you have misplaced the password assigned to you by Versaterm, contact: passwords@versaterm.com.
Clients who want access to the Customer Service Area should contact their Versaterm account manager or Anya Page.
