The Customer Service Area contains product documentation, release notes, a temporary file transfer area, discussion forums, newsletters, etc.

When logging on to the site, enter your email address as your user name. You will also need to use the password that was originally assigned to you by Versaterm. If you have any difficulty accessing the site, or if you have misplaced the password assigned to you by Versaterm, contact: passwords@versaterm.com.

Clients who want access to the Customer Service Area should contact their Versaterm account manager or Cyril Dixon.

vConnect is a tool that enables Versaterm to better communicate with its clients and allows our clients to communicate with each other more efficiently.

vConnect encourages the sharing of ideas, the collaboration of tips and tricks, the transfer of knowledge and open communication. It is the place for Versaterm staff and Versaterm clients alike to come for answers to questions, solutions to problems, find an expert and to share successes.
