Online Registration
Online registration is now available. Because our online registration system does not store last year's information, even if you registered last year, you still need to re-submit your information the first time you use the system in 2010.
Our online registration system is similar to an online shopping cart. You need to first register using a username and password. Then you need to
select your registration package and checkout. After that, you can browse
the system to look at sessions and extra-curricular events to decide which ones you want to choose before making a selection.
Please read the instructions at the beginning of the registration system or view the pdf version to make sure you sign up for sessions and events!

Note: Cookies must be enabled in your browser in order to use the registration system.
Registrations must be received before September 1st. After this date, the cost of a full conference registration increases to $650 CAD.
CONFERENCE FEES
$650 CAD Package A – Includes 3 days of conference, breakfast & lunch for those 3 days, the Monday night Welcome Reception, the Wednesday Vendor Showcase and the Thursday night Gala dinner.
$425 CAD Package B - Includes two full days of conference, breakfast, lunch and events for those 2 days.
$225 CAD Package C - Includes any one day of conference, breakfast, lunch and events for that day. Excludes the Gala Dinner on Thursday.
$245 CAD Companion Package - Includes the Monday night Welcome Reception, Tuesday morning Companion breakfast including a presentation of local attractions and sites that companions can visit at their leisure and the Thursday night Gala dinner.
NO REFUND POLICY
Please note that the registration and companion program fees are non refundable, though they are transferable to another person who is available to attend the conference.

The Speaker Reimbursement policy is available in PDF format.
