Congratulations to the Victoria committee and its participating member agencies: Central Saanich Police Service, Saanich Police Service, Oak Bay Police Department, Victoria Police Department, RCMP “E” Division and the BC Government.
This year's users conference was a great success! The program offered comprehensive and timely information to all participants.
Maximizing connections was an appropriate theme as was evident by the information sharing and attendance on all three days. The networking breaks were truly an opportunity to relate experiences amongst delegates.
The conference featured wonderful after-hours activities for all to enjoy including the Strathcona Hotel Rooftop Volleyball and Music Bingo! The gala at the Crystal Gardens was an excellent conclusion to a seaside adventure with the Timebenders providing wonderful musical entertainment.
A users conference wouldn't be great without the input of its users and that is where this conference was truly successful. So thank you to all the users who attended. Thank you to those users who offered their time and expertise to present at the sessions and demos, who participated in the workshops, and who exchanged ideas and techniques in the informal get-togethers.
